Payments must be received in full before shipping.

Payment plans are available with a non-refundable 35% deposit. Please contact us for more information on payment plans.

We accept all major Credit Cards through Square®.

Shipping

​

Shipping will be initiated once the full payment has been received.

Living Wild LLC ships Monday-Wednesday for a Tuesday-Thursday arrival. Shipment will be sent and arrive with you the next day per FedEx (through Redline Shipping).

​Shipping is weather-dependent, and proper weather conditions are a must for shipping safely. Temperatures must be under 80 degrees and over 40 degrees Fahrenheit at both shipping and receiving locations.

​

There is a fee for shipments, with the price depending on the destination. Specifics can be confirmed upon scheduling the shipment of the live animals.

We prefer to ship to your closest FedEx hub and have the animal held there for pickup. 

​

Please send us confirmation when the animal has arrived so we can have some peace of mind too!

Live Arrival Guarantee

​

We 100% guarantee healthy Animals for up to 3 days.

The following will void the 100% guarantee:

​

1. If the Animal is shipped to an address (residential or commercial) versus a FedEx hub, the delivery must be accepted on the first attempt. We prefer to ship to a hub and have it held for pickup. This prevents the animal from sitting on a truck for longer than it needs to.

2. The shipping address provided to us must be correct. You will receive a confirmation email. Please review the information, and contact us to inform us if there is a discrepancy.

3.  If the Animal appears to be ill or injured (including death upon arrival), a photo will be required within one hour of receiving the animal. 

This guarantee does not cover health issues resulting from improper husbandry or injury after receiving the animal. 

Gecko Tails

​

Geckos will drop their tails when stressed or scared, sometimes for no reason. We do not guarantee your animal will arrive with a tail, as the shipping process is very stressful for them and could cause them to drop their tails.

Sexing of Animals

​

We will not guarantee the sex of the animal until it has reached a suitable age or weight to determine the sex properly. If an Animal is described as "probable male," we have seen possible pores but cannot 100% guarantee the sex of the animal.

Color

​

We cannot guarantee the Color of the Animal.

We never filter our pictures and use a photo box or natural lighting for our photos. Animals can change their colors as they fire up/down and as they mature. 
Note that screen settings such as brightness and blue-light filters can create discrepancies.
